Goosebumps from reading, especially the last bit. She was one of the first authors I ever read that told stories about real girls. I loved fantasy and magic, so kept my head mostly in those, but Judy Blume was authentic, and how could that not resonate. Wish I could have lunch with YOU soon!
I didn't even think of that, Laura! Brave, brave women--both of you. We'll be lunching in no time. xoxo
